stalks celery chopped or 1/4 cup shredded celeriac root
omit if not in season

ground beef

apple cider vinegar

stone ground mustard or 1 tsp dried mustard

bottle of no sugar added ketchup
(try Primal Kitchen brand)
Hamburger buns

Instructions
Heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering. Sautee onions and celery in olive oil until soft.
Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up with a wooden spoon.
Mix together the vinegar, mustard, and ketchup then poor over the meat mixture. Stir until bubbly and well mixed.
Divide mixture between four plates, or optionally serve on hamburger buns. I prefer to keep it low carb and omit the buns.
