Shiso Fruit Salad
Add this minty herb to your fruit salad for a punch of nutrition and an unexpected flavor. Use any stone fruit and add other fresh or frozen berries.

- 3 nectarines, peaches, plums, or apricots sliced
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (or substitute other berries)
- 3 shiso leaves thinly sliced
- 1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
Place sliced stone fruit, berries, and shiso into a medium serving bowl.
In a small bowl, combine the lime juice and sesame oil and mix well to make a dressing. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the fruit and lightly toss.
