Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
Combine soy sauce, vinegar, water, ginger, garlic, and peanut butter in a blender, puree until smooth. With engine running, drizzle in oils and optional hot sauce and puree until emulsified.
Toss veggies with warm noodles, dressing, and sesame seeds and serve.
