Coleslaw
An easy, fresh side dish for any barbecue

- 1/2 head of green cabbage
- 1-2 carrots grated
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise preferably made with avocado oil like Primal Kitchen
- 4 teaspoons Lime Juice
- 4 dashes Franks Hot Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Shred cabbage with a knife or in a food processor. Add grated carrots in a large bowl.
In separate bowl whisk together mayo, lime juice and hot sauce. Toss with veggies and sprinkle to taste with salt and pepper.
