Chimichurri Sauce
A fresh, herb-packed sauce that has many uses. Spoon over steak and chicken, or use as a salad dressing.

- 1 1/2 cups packed fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro (or basil)
- 1/4 cup minced red onion or shallot
- 3 garlic cloves or 1&1/2 teaspoons garlic granules
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
Finely chop parsley, cilantro (or basil), and onion and add to a small serving bowl.
Mince the garlic or measure out the garlic granules and add to the bowl.
Add the oregano, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil to the bowl and mix well with a spoon.
Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
