The Plan:
Day 1: Beef pot roast, Olive oil mashed potatoes, Cranberry orange muffins (using this lemon blueberry muffin recipe)
Day 2: Vegan Shepherd’s pie
Day 3: Homemade pizza
Day 4: Superbowl Chili
Day 5: Boiled brats, Sauerkraut, Herb potato salad (this whole meal is Wisconsin cuisine!)
Day 6: Tuna salad, Frozen fruit smoothie with super greens powder
Day 7: Crockpot cheesy cauliflower soup
This meal plan was curated using local foods that are in season now or preserved during the peak growing season in the U.S. Midwest. The plan is an exact replica of what our family is eating this week unless we are out of town. Meal plans are developed using whole foods and my meal planning system (click here!) and are meant to be healthy and easy to prepare. Most recipes will take no more than 30 minutes of active cooking time. Occasionally meals may require all day slow cooking, advanced prep, or some oven time. Recipes are provided when available. I sincerely hope this will help with your own meal planning!

Notes: CSA Sign Up
It is that time of year again – time to sign up for a Community Supported Agriculture share. I am now getting spring vegetables, summer vegetables, fall vegetables, eggs, and meat all directly from farms! You can do this too. There are options for farm shares in almost every part of the United States (and other countries), even if you live in a major city.
Why do I use farm shares? For many reasons. Cheaper, healthier, supports local, better for the environment.
Want to know how to get started? I have a whole guide to help you figure it out. Check it out here -> How to Choose a CSA
I just signed up for a Spring farm share box from Keewaydin Farms and can’t wait to eat tender greens, spring radish, and herbs in just 3 more months!
