Thin Mint Smoothie
Just like the cookie without the guilt!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup full fat unsweetened coconut milk
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 1-2 tsp honey depends on sweetness you like
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips preferably fair trade chocolate like Equal Exchange
- 2 cups milk of your choice cow, coconut, almond, hemp
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice if you would like a thicker consistency. Divide between 4 glasses
