Thin Mint Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup full fat unsweetened coconut milk
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1-2 tsp honey depends on sweetness you like
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips preferably fair trade chocolate like Equal Exchange
  • 2 cups milk of your choice cow, coconut, almond, hemp

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more ice if you would like a thicker consistency. Divide between 4 glasses
