Today’s Challenge: Stash eating utensils in your purse, computer bag, backpack, diaper bag or lunchbox (or all of them). Make sure you always have them with you. You can buy a whole set of lightweight bamboo utensils or try out this multi-use spork. However, you don’t actually have to buy anything. It is as simple as borrowing a fork from your kitchen drawer. The catch is, you need to make sure to clean and replace the utensils after use. You could also consider keeping a set at work. Oh, and don’t forget to tell restaurant employees that you don’t need any utensils, or you will find that they sneak into the bag with your food.
