Ingredients:
- 1 pound salmon filet, cut into 4 pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, pressed
- 1&1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp miso
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey (optional if you want to offset the other flavors w/ some sweetness)
Directions:
Combine soy sauce, miso, ginger, garlic, and honey in a bowl and whisk well. Place salmon in the bowl and cover. Put in the fridge and marinade overnight or at least 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes (10 minutes per inch thickness). Baste salmon with sauce halfway through. Pour remaining marinade into sauce pan and boil over medium high heat for 5 minutes until reduced. Serve sauce over salmon.
