Guacamole is so quick and easy. Use on tacos, fajitas, and quesadillas or serve with chips or veggies.
Guacamole
A creamy condiment for Tex-Mex dishes or for dipping.
Ingredients
- 2-3 avocados
- Sea salt
- Garlic powder
- 1/2 of a lime optional
- cilantro optional
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the insides into a bowl.
- Use a fork or potato masher to mash up the avocado to your preferred consistency.
- Sprinkle with a little sea salt and garlic powder to taste and then squeeze the half of a lime over the top. The lime will help keep the avocado from browning.
- Add the cilantro and stir to mix then serve.
