Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 avocados
  • Sea salt
  • Garlic powder
  • 1/2 of a lime optional
  • cilantro optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop out the insides into a bowl.
  • Use a fork or potato masher to mash up the avocado to your preferred consistency.
  • Sprinkle with a little sea salt and garlic powder to taste and then squeeze the half of a lime over the top. The lime will help keep the avocado from browning.
  • Add the cilantro and stir to mix then serve.
