Fruit Smoothie
Make your own combination of fruit, milk, and add-ons
Ingredients
- 1 to 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit
- 2 cups milk, nut milk, or coconut water
- Other optional add-ins: yogurt, peanut butter or other nut butter, vanilla extract, spinach (mild green that won't add much flavor), greens powder, celery, cocoa powder
Instructions
- Place everything in your blender. Start on low setting and slowly increase power until mixed well. Continue to blend on high until you reach your desired consistency. If you use too much frozen fruit it will be the consistency of sorbet and you will need to add more liquid and blend again to make it drinkable.

Combination Suggestions:
- Strawberry banana
- Very berry (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- Orange vanilla
- Pineapple, mango, spinach
- Chocolate peanut butter banana
- Strawberry, orange, ginger
- Add a scoop of super greens powder or a handful of spinach to any smoothie to boost nutrition
