Creamy Cucumber Dill Salad
Thinly sliced cucumbers and sweet onions in a creamy sauce flavored with dill and garlic. This salad will be the highlight of your summer picnic!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped (or 1 & 1/2 teaspoons dried)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 cucumbers thinly sliced
- 1/2 small sweet onion thinly sliced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, dill, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, sea salt, and pepper.
- Using a mandolin, thinly slice the cucumbers and onion.
- Add cucumbers and onion to the large bowl with the sauce and toss well to coat before serving.
