Creamed spinach

Creamed spinach is one of those recipes that almost doesn’t even need a recipe. But sometimes even the simplest of dishes need to be written down in order to use it for meal planning.

Boursin is cow’s milk cheese, but you could substitute with herbed goat’s milk cheese. Either way you will get a creamy mixture as the cheese melts.
