An easy, fresh side dish for any barbecue

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 head of green cabbage
  • 1-2 carrots grated
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise preferably made with avocado oil like Primal Kitchen
  • 4 teaspoons Lime Juice
  • 4 dashes Franks Hot Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Shred cabbage with a knife or in a food processor. Add grated carrots in a large bowl.
  • In separate bowl whisk together mayo, lime juice and hot sauce. Toss with veggies and sprinkle to taste with salt and pepper.
