Classic Barbecue Rub
Perfect for grilling meat or veggies. Make it as spicy or tame as you desire.
Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 - 2 teaspoons chili powder depends on how spicy you like it
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Use as a dry rub before grilling meats or toss with veggies and olive oil and roast or grill. Also delicious as a seasoning for just about anything baked or raw. Makes about 1/4 cup rub.
