Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups packed fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro (or basil)
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion or shallot
  • 3 garlic cloves or 1&1/2 teaspoons garlic granules
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup Cold pressed extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Finely chop parsley, cilantro (or basil), and onion and add to a small serving bowl.
  • Mince the garlic or measure out the garlic granules and add to the bowl.
  • Add the oregano, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil to the bowl and mix well with a spoon.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
