Ingredients:

3 pounds beef brisket

1/2 cup barbecue sauce

1/4 cup low sodium tamari soy sauce

1/4 cup water

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 300 degree F. Place beef brisket on a double layer of aluminum foil on top of a rimmed baking sheet. Mix barbecue sauce, tamari, and water in a bowl and pour over the brisket. Fold the foil around the meat. Place another piece of foil over the top and wrap tightly around the meat so that there is a good seal and the liquid will not leak. Place in the oven and bake for 3 hours (an additional hour for each pound more if you have a larger piece of meat). Let stand 30 minutes before serving. Slice across the grain of the meat and serve.
