Adobo Pork Chops
All the perfect spices to pair with pork, plus a twist of lime!
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, cold pressed
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 1/2 tbsp Dried Oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 tsp garlic granules
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flake
- 1 1/2 tsp Lime Zest
- 1 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 4 Bone-in Loin Pork Chop
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- Make a spice rub by combining olive oil, paprika, oregano, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, lime zest, kosher salt and pepper, then rub it all over the pork chops.
- Grill the pork over direct heat until nicely charred, about 4 minutes per side. Move to indirect heat, and cover. Grill until internal temperature of pork reaches about 155˚ F for well-done.
- Remove, cover and allow to rest at least 5 minutes.
- Optional: serve over coleslaw
